Shanghai Pudong International Airport (IATA code PVG, ICAO code ZSPD) (the Shanghai Stock Exchange: 600009) is located in the costal area of Jiangzhen, Shiwan, and Zhuqiao of Shanghai Pudong New Area. With an area of 40 square kilometers the airport is about 30 km away from the city center. The flights of Pudong Airport account for about 60% of the Shanghai airports as a whole. Its international passenger throughput ranks first among the domestic airports and its cargo throughput ranks the third among the world airports. Airlines routes have been opened between Pudong Airport and other 48 airlines at home and abroad, with coverage of over 90 international (regions) cities and 62 Chinese cities.

Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport (IATA code HGH, ICAO code ZSHC) is the third largest international airport in East China. The airport is an important mainline airport, important tourist city airport and international scheduled flights airport. It is also a main spare airport of Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Located in the south bank of Qiantang River, Xiaoshan International Airport is 27 km away from the center of Hangzhou. In March 2004, the airports of Hangzhou, with inspection and acceptance by the government, were opened up to foreign airlines.

Established in 1995, Wuxi Shuofang Airport was officially opened to civil flights on February 18, 2004. On September 28, 2007 the new terminal area was put into use. The airport’s 4D flight level can meet the take-off and landing of Boeing 757 and other models below at full load. In 2009, the project of track thickening was carried out so that the airport can meet the take-off and landing of Boeing 747 aircrafts.
